Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or assemble components according to SOPs by reading, understanding, and following procedures.
• Follow the daily schedule for assembly.
• Prepare and assemble components and materials as needed for the daily schedule build.
• Order raw materials where appropriate.
• Set up equipment and tools for the daily build.
• Stage and label products where appropriate.
• Document completed and incomplete products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn.
• Accuracy in measuring.
• Decision-making skills.
• One to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay

Compensation range: $15.71 - $20.03 - $24.35 USD. Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
