About the role

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in driving World Class Excellence within our Level+Pressure Production Center. You will operate CNC multispindle lathes, read and interpret blueprints, measure and inspect parts, monitor machine operation, perform preventive maintenance, remove burrs, and assist with assembly operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC multispindle lathes with live milling, loading programs, making minor offsets, and changing cutting tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and routings to produce high quality parts.
  • Measure and inspect parts using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and surface finish gauges.
  • Maintain quality and uptime by monitoring machine operation and identifying tool wear, part defects, or equipment issues.
  • Perform routine TPM and basic preventative maintenance activities.
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from finished workpieces.
  • Crosstrain and assist with assembly operations and other production tasks.
  • Participate in Kaizen activities, 5S efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Strong basic math skills.
  • Handson experience or training in basic machine trades.
  • Comfort using computers and basic software tools.
  • Ability to accurately measure parts and verify quality.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, move, and handle parts and materials.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of related manufacturing or machining work experience.

Skills

  • Basic CNC machine operation.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
  • Measurement and inspection skills.
  • Preventative maintenance knowledge.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail.
