1st Shift Library Processor - $17.50/hr

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Library Processor to contribute to our Library team in La Vergne, TN. At Ingram, the Operations team ensures that our distribution centers and warehouse facilities function at maximum efficiency. Responsibilities

• Attaches spine labels to books or compact discs
• Sorts cards and labels
• Attaches Mylar/Kapco covers to jackets
• Performs stamping and theft ID
• Performs auditing

Requirements

• Reading comprehension skills up to high school level
• Writing skills up to high school level
• Basic arithmetic, addition, and subtraction
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work safely and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse environment
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
• Ability to work independently or collaborate in a group environment
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task based on workflow demands
• Ability to meet and maintain production standards
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work

Qualifications

• 6 months of work experience in at least one previous job
• 6 months of work experience including walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, and typing/keyboard use

Physical Demands

• Ability to walk and stand during the assigned shift
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs during the shift—10 lbs or less continuously and 11–60 lbs occasionally
• Ability to push/pull up to 70 lbs of force occasionally in a warehouse environment
• Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the shift
• Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently
• Ability to work the designated shift, including overtime as required (before/after shift or weekends)
• Exposure to a wide range of temperatures

Pay

Starting at $17.50 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with overtime as required.
