1st Shift Laborer

About the role

The Laborer will play a crucial role in sorting and preparing various materials to meet customer specifications within different departments of our facility. Hours are Monday through Friday with a stable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Maintains light maintenance work as needed.
• Pushes and pulls while sorting materials.
• Understands quality specifications for job and the customer being shipped to.
• Completes production reports as needed.
• Follows safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks of accidents and injuries.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to complete safety awareness training.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.

Qualifications, Education And Experience/Training

• One to two years of related experience.
