Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential properties. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned residential properties
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and clean bathrooms
- Handle trash and recycling removal
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Housekeeping skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid/CPR certification (optional but preferred)
