About the role

This role involves supervising production operations at a Tyson facility. Key responsibilities include managing production supervisors, scheduling, product rotation, CCP verification, and overseeing safety committees.

Responsibilities

• Manage all production supervisors' departments
• Oversee production schedules
• Ensure product rotation compliance
• Perform CCP verification according to schedule
• Lead safety committee activities
• Evaluate and improve performance of direct reports
• Conduct audits and inspections across the production floor
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or 2+ years of Tyson supervisory experience
• Familiarity with processing floor operations preferred
• HACCP certification and basic understanding of HACCP principles preferred
• Knowledge of fresh meats processing preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
