1st Shift CNC / Set Up

Responsibilities

• Fabricates highly precision-machined parts by operating turning centers and milling centers per work orders, routers & blueprints.
• Set-up close tolerance and conventional equipment by studying drawings, samples, blueprints, and manuals, installing computerized instructions.
• Documents actions by signing-off and completing forms, reports, logs and and records.
• Performs quality tests and operational checks.
• Verifies parts by using precision measuring equipment.
• May be assigned additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a machining or fabrication role, is preferred. Proficiency with CNC machines and related equipment is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are necessary. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
