1st Shift Caregiver - Solon Adult Day Program

About the role

We are seeking energetic, compassionate, and enthusiastic caregivers to join our team at Hattie Larlham's Excel Adult Day Services. This position offers the opportunity to take trips to arts and culture venues, attend sporting events, and build meaningful relationships with adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Taking trips to arts and culture venues
• Attending sporting events
• Shopping and dining at local establishments
• Building meaningful relationships all year round
• Driving our small group bus (training provided)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License (with 5 or fewer points)
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Heart for service and willingness to learn
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a good sense of humor

Qualifications

• Experience not required
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Competitive pay starting at $18.00 / hour
