AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to provide Private Duty In-Home Care in the Grand Ledge, MI area. Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care services to clients in the Grand Ledge, MI area

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass drug screen and clear background check
