Job Summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to provide private duty in-home care in the St. Johns, MI area. The ideal candidate believes in offering personalized care tailored to each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Offer customized care to meet each client's specific requirements
• Honor patients' preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs
• Work 8a-8p, Full Time or Part Time (with availability on weekends)
• Available on a PRN basis

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass a drug screen (including THC) and clear background check
