About the role

We're a destination for timeless, beautiful design, and we're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Briarcliff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Provide product recommendations and design inspiration tailored to each guest
• Process purchases and returns accurately at the register
• Help maintain a visually inspiring, organized boutique environment
• Support merchandising, restocking, and display upkeep throughout your shift
• Assist with opening and closing duties, store events, and seasonal needs
• Communicate stock issues, damages, or guest needs to leadership

• Friendly, approachable, and confident with guests
• Self-motivated and dependable - you take ownership without being closely managed
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• A genuine team player who enjoys contributing to a close-knit crew
• Passionate about home décor, design, and retail
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Store Hours: Monday–Saturday 10AM–6PM | Sunday 12PM–5PM
