Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in directing and coordinating the overall Store operations
- Supervise employees and ensure adherence to store standards
- Manage inventory and merchandise effectively
- Maximize sales and profits
- Ensure customer service excellence
- Take responsibility for the Location's operations in the absence of the General Manager
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of store operations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Valid driver's license
