About the role

AdvisaCare is seeking a top-tier Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to provide private duty in-home care for our clients in Milford, MI. We value individualized care that honors each patient's preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs.

Must be willing to travel to Farmington Hills (split custody) and work 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to pass a drug screen (including THC) and clear background check
