Pay

Competitive pay range of $19.50 - $23.00 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon - Fri, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials efficiently and safely throughout the facility
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to maintain safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to resolve logistical challenges
• Utilize Barrett's ERP system, Plex, for location of bulk product
• Ensure quality of bulk product by inspecting product prior to movement
• Scan bulk product onto the packaging line
• Safely hang 2,000lb bulk product on the packaging line and notify the packaging operator
• Weigh any bulk product that did not get packaged into smaller bags and report it to the packaging operator
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
• Enter product information and print labels for pallets in Plex
• Screen kibble as necessary
• Complete daily forklift inspections and paperwork
• Wrap and transport finished pallets to the warehouse and stage for shipping
• Count and check orders as they are packaged for accuracy

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
