Job Duties
- Separe and sort chicken parts on conveyor belt.
- Remove un-battered or seconds pieces from line and pack them as specified.
- Prepare boxes for packers by staging boxes, bags and labels ahead.
- Pack individual pieces in portion packs according to specifications.
- Assist in changing packing area from bulk to portion pack.
- Keep work area clean.
Qualifications
- Frequent repetitive bending, lifting and twisting throughout the work shift.
- Assist in sanitizing area, as required.
