About the role

AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to provide Private Duty In-Home Care in West Bloomfield, MI and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized care tailored to each individual’s preferences, choices, abilities and specific needs.
• Honor patient dignity and respect throughout care delivery.

Schedule

• 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time availability

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to Pass Drug Screen (including THC)
• Clear Background
