We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like welcome, apply button, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting: It includes description about role, responsibilities, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, core duties and responsibilities, physical requirements, working environment, skills and abilities, CAPE program details, additional job description (every third weekend, rotating holiday, scheduled weekly hours 36, exempt/non-exempt shift, company, cost center, address). Also mention "Minimum Qualifications" includes education, certification, licensure, experience. "Preferred Qualifications" includes BSN or higher. We need to decide sections: Could have About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (core duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred?), Skills (skills and abilities), Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. Schedule? There's scheduled weekly hours 36, every third weekend rotating holiday. So schedule info exists. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Also maybe include Working Environment? Not a standard heading but could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. But we must stick to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose subset. We need to include all substantive info. Let's extract: About the role: The position description: "This position has the authority, responsibility, and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the use of the nursing process. The incumbent accepts accountability, applies competent clinical knowledge skills, and uses independent nursing judgment for care provided by self and by health care providers to whom care is delegated to achieve quality patient care outcomes. Performs the duties and responsibilities within the scope of a Registered Nurse (RN) - Level I & II, as defined within the job description. The incumbent must demonstrate the knowledge and skills at the competent level necessary to provide care that is relevant to the patient(s) under their care, as well as apply principles of growth and development over the life span. The incumbent also must possess the ability to assess and interpret patient data needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs. This role provides professional nursing care for patients in an inpatient hospital setting." We can put that as About the role paragraph. Responsibilities: The "CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES" list (many bullet points). We'll convert each sentence into
  • . Also note the introductory sentence about statements describing general nature etc. We'll include that as maybe a

before list? But we can just include list. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: education, certification, licensure: Current RN license, obtain BLS within 30 days, Experience: Two (2) years of registered nursing experience. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher. Skills: Skills And Abilities list: interpersonal skills, motivation, cooperatively interacts, uses competent clinical practice and critical thinking, ability to be flexible, ability to work independently, ability to work under stress, etc. Also CAPE program details? Might be considered part of qualifications or responsibilities? Could include under Skills or maybe a separate section but not allowed. We'll include CAPE program details under Skills? Might be better to include under Qualifications? But CAPE program is about clinical advancement program; maybe we can include under Skills as additional info. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include a

about CAPE program under Skills section or maybe under Responsibilities? It's not a duty but a program. Could be part of About the role? But we already used About the role for description. Could add another paragraph under About the role about CAPE. But we must not invent headings. We'll add a

after the Skills list maybe still within Skills section? Actually Skills section heading

    Skills

    then we can have
    • ... for each skill, and then a

for CAPE program details. That seems okay. Schedule: Scheduled Weekly Hours 36, every third weekend rotating holiday. Also shift: Exempt/Non-Exempt Shift: United States of America (Non-Exempt). Also maybe mention "Additional Job Description every third weekend, rotating holiday". We'll include schedule info. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, address? Address is substantive? It's location info. Could be part of About the role? Not exactly. But we could include address under About the role? Might be considered metadata. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Address maybe minor metadata but could be kept as a short

under About the role? Not sure. The address is location: 800 Garfield Ave Parkersburg West Virginia. Could be included as a short paragraph under About the role. Also company: CCMC Camden Clark Medical Center, Cost Center 15 CCMC Nursing Medical Surgical 1 East. Might be minor metadata. We could include them in a short

under About the role or maybe drop? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Address and company are substantive? Probably yes, location is important. We'll include them in About the role as a short paragraph. We must not include EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Now construct HTML. Structure:
