As a Bartender in the exclusive 1933 Club at Acrisure Stadium, you will craft exceptional beverage experiences while delivering world-class hospitality to VIP guests, premium members, and high-profile clientele in a behind-the-scenes luxury club debuting for the 2026 Pittsburgh Steelers season.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, process cash and credit card transactions.
• Mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide servers drinks from the service well as needed.
• Adhere to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking patrons' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Adhere to cash handling policies.
• Set up and break down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Take inventory counts and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels.
• Provide excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Ensure security of company assets.
• Develop a thorough understanding of rotating seasonal menus, chef-inspired features, and specialty beverage offerings to confidently describe menu items, answer guest questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to extremely high standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes and current trends.
• Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications.
• Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge.
• Demonstrates organizational & multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lb.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced fun work environment.
• Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
