About the Role

Onsight Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven shuttle bus drivers to support Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee. This part-time position offers a welcoming presence and dependable service to hospital staff across one of Tennessee's most respected healthcare systems.

Pay

$17/hour

Schedule

  • Part-time, Monday through Friday
  • Weekends off
  • Shuttle team operating hours: Monday – Friday, Morning Shift - 6:00am - 10:00am
  • Days and shifts might vary based on business needs

Requirements

  • Over the age of 21 years old
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Possess a valid active in-state regular driver's license (Permit or Probationary License not accepted)
  • At least 1 year of shuttle, bus, or delivery truck driving experience, with a strong, personable, customer-centric background
  • Extremely safe driver, familiar with and able to adhere to all major traffic laws
  • Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment

A CDL License is not required, but is a plus.

Responsibilities

When Shuttling Employees

  • Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility
  • Answer employees' questions regarding offices or department locations
  • Follow a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off employees
  • Use apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics for the assigned shuttle route
  • Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information about the shuttle

When Not Shuttle Driving

  • Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional work environment for co-workers and passengers
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all employees and team members
  • Answer employees' questions regarding medical offices or department locations

  • Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and maintain a calm, composed attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service
