About the role

HB Staffing is seeking a Logistics Support professional to join a growing and dynamic team in San Bernardino, CA. This is a full-time contract position with a fixed rate of $19.82/hour, working Monday – Friday on the day shift, with the ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Complete paperwork associated with the receipt of equipment and supplies.
• Build and stage equipment and supplies for delivery.
• Proofread election materials for accuracy and quality.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.
• Maintain an organized work environment and comply with safety policies.
• Operate within assigned protocols for warehouse and delivery operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Previous work experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in clear, effective, and professional communication across verbal, written, and electronic formats.
• Ability to work independently with some direction.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to comply with policies and guidelines.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Capable of lifting, pulling, pushing, and bending in accordance with warehouse safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
