1741 - Operations Analyst

Sigma Defense is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team at Ft. Meade, MD. U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in DoD communications
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Leadership abilities and risk management mindset
• Understanding of program management principles
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering or a related field
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher (a clearance will not be sponsored)

Responsibilities

• Directly support Government Lead with implementation of Government directed initiatives and activities affecting the execution/accomplishment of program infrastructure and systems
• Resolve issues that may arise among team members and strategic issues that may need the attention of senior managers
• Show support to the program and the mandated team, expressed through action
• Report to other stakeholders and confirm the successful completion of given programs
• Work closely with the communication and management team to increase program awareness among the different stakeholders
• Facilitate tasking and submission of reports, updates, and status of all program activities
• Coordinate between Government Lead and vendor team to provide oversight and management facilitating implementation of the program infrastructure and systems

Pay

$85,000 - $180,000 annually
