Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

About the role

Clark Personnel is seeking a reliable and compassionate Temporary Medical Assistant to support a busy physician team consisting of an MD, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and Medical Assistant. This position will provide clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient patient care and daily office operations.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for examination
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information
• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Coordinate patient flow and support efficient clinic operations
• Schedule appointments and assist with administrative duties as needed
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization
• Adhere to all safety, privacy, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Current Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations
