About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and preparing the next Shift Manager for their shift.

Requirements
A Shift Manager needs previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are ideal candidates. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
