Responsibilities

Pizza Maker

• Make Domino's high-quality pizzas
• Maintain food and portion control
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Prepare food and take customer orders
• Upsell menu items
• Perform general cleaning and organization duties

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

• Take orders over the phone and in person
• Greet customers within 10 seconds
• Build relationships with customers
• Upsell menu items
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Keep the customer area clean
• Assist Pizza Makers with toppings and dough preparation

Requirements

• Exceptional and positive attitude
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) quickly and accurately (may use a calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills to process orders
• Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements (e.g., entering orders via keyboard or touch screen)
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions
• Effective communication with customers and team members
• Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks
• Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet quality control standards
