Location Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee Shift Details Monday - Friday6:00 AM - 10:30 PMFull-Time employees will work Monday through Friday weekly.Days and Shifts might vary based on business needs and availability. Minimum Qualifications Over the age of 18 years oldEligible to work for any U.S. EmployerHigh school Diploma or GEDMust have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors/residents — Welcome guests, residents, or clients warmly, verify identity or appointments, and direct them appropriately.Manage front desk operations — Answer phones, respond to emails, handle mail/package deliveries, and maintain a clean, organized reception area.Coordinate access and security — Issue visitor badges or keys, monitor building entry, and follow security protocols to ensure a safe environment.Provide information and support — Answer questions about building amenities, local attractions, services, or policies, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Schedule and coordinate services — Book reservations, arrange transportation, coordinate maintenance requests, or schedule appointments on behalf of residents/guests. About You… You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment. You are a well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service. You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.
