About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients, bringing joy and comfort.
• Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, tidy environment.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, and grooming, preserving dignity and compassion.
• Provide transportation for clients (valid driver’s license required).
• Help with all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) as needed.
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and fellow employees.

Requirements

• Willingness to assist with all ADLs and IADLs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between client locations.
• Commitment to flexible, part‑time scheduling.

Pay

Base Pay: $15 – $18 per hour (weekly pay). New caregivers in Austin & Marble Falls receive a $500 hiring bonus.
