Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles.
• Assist patients and visitors in the parking garage with parking equipment, payment kiosks, or wayfinding as needed.
• Work continuously in an outdoor environment exposed to harsh elements, including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather.
• Engage in physical tasks such as walking, standing, pushing, and pulling various luggage or belongings in and out of patients' vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Use apps and technology daily to maintain operational efficiency and logistics.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service.

Requirements

• Over the age of 18 years old.
• Eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of strong in-person customer service experience.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift.
• Possess an active in-state driver’s license (no restricted permits or probationary licenses).
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and maintain a calm, composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold exceptional integrity and customer service.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working outdoors.

Pay

$15.92/hour + tips.

Schedule

• Full-time position with weekends off.
• Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Shifts typically range from Monday to Friday, with hours varying between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM based on business needs and availability.
