Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
  • Process transactions using a computerized POS system
  • Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
  • Maintain clean and well-stocked retail and beverage areas
  • Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays
  • Follow company procedures for food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in food service areas
  • Support team members to ensure smooth store operations

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or Customer Service Representative preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math and cash handling ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or convenience store environment
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift 35–50 pounds
  • Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching
