Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
- Process transactions using a computerized POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
- Maintain clean and well-stocked retail and beverage areas
- Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays
- Follow company procedures for food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in food service areas
- Support team members to ensure smooth store operations
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or Customer Service Representative preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and cash handling ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or convenience store environment
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift 35–50 pounds
- Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching
