12v Electrical Installer

About the role

Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining 12-volt electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. Duties include troubleshooting issues, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with local codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain 12-volt electrical systems
• Perform routine inspections to ensure system safety and compliance with local codes
• Diagnose and resolve electrical problems using technical knowledge and tools
• Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• At least 2 years of related experience in electrical work
• Knowledge of electrical theory and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions
• Passing a background check

Skills

• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Experience with electrical testing equipment
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
