$125/hr (negotiable)

Schedule Options

• 3 days/week (M/W/F)
• 5 days/week (M–F)

Duties

• Order tests, imaging
• Intrathecal chemo, biopsies
• Tumor Board participation
• Catheter/VAD management
• Prescriptions

Additional Details

• No chemo administered onsite – sent to offsite infusion center
• Bilingual support available (Spanish-speaking patients)

Submission Requirements

• Active MD license
• DEA
• CDS Board Certification + ACLS/BLS
• Note preferred days/week availability
• Note location of travel origin (priority to local NPs)
