Responsibilities

• Provide simulation analysis and engineering support for missile-focused science and technology programs and trade studies.
• Integrate and enhance existing simulation and optimization codes.
• Create technical documentation and present findings to government customers regularly through reviews and technical reports.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Develop analysis tools and perform system analysis.
• Perform verification and validation activities.
• Work within a fast-paced environment, often with evolving requirements.
• Rollover existing simulation to other coding languages for verification and validation.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant engineering field.
• Entry to Mid-Level candidates with 0-8 years of experience.
• Experience with C/C++, FORTRAN, Matlab, Python, and Linux is highly desirable.
• Previous experience with physics-based modeling of missile systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of missile 6DOF simulations, pre/post flight test performance assessments, and simulation verification, validation, and accreditation is desirable.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain an active security clearance.
