About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures and prepare treatment rooms
- Take X-rays (training available) and record patient information
- Sterilize tools and maintain a clean workspace
- Support front-desk operations such as check-in and scheduling
- Share post-treatment care instructions with patients
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, eager to learn, and able to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and work authorization in the U.S.
Preferred (not required)
- Dental assisting certification
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
