About the role

Join as a Dental Assistant—no experience needed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical teams by assisting dentists during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and tools
• Take X-rays (training available)
• Record and update patient information
• Support front-desk tasks like check-in and scheduling
• Share post-treatment care tips and ensure patient comfort
• Follow safety and confidentiality protocols (OSHA, HIPAA)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable, eager to learn, and capable of following guidelines
• Background check, valid driver’s license, and work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Preferred but not required: Dental assisting certification and bilingual skills (Spanish/English)
