About the role

The 12 Month Faculty of Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) is a new full-time position with Workforce Solutions. The successful candidate should be well versed in critical mission facilities maintenance with an emphasis in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing, with significant work experience in the field and a passion for helping others learn the craft. Knowledge of data center operations is preferred. While teaching experience is highly beneficial, it is not required; however, students expect to learn from a seasoned professional in the field. This position will work with instructors to ensure students stay with the program until they finish and obtain their credential. Workforce classes are offered during weekdays, weekday evenings, and weekends depending on need.
