Responsibilities
- Oversee all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
- Set the example for crew members by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and adherence to company standards
- Ensure perfect store image, cleanliness, and great customer service
- Maintain attendance, punctuality, and profitability
- Handle paperwork and food management
- Operate all store equipment and perform inventory tasks
- Prepare product and process telephone orders
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Deliver pizzas and promotional materials (flyers, door hangers) within a designated area

Work Conditions

Physical Requirements
- Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces
- Walking: Short distances for short durations; delivery personnel must travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations
- Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table
- Lifting: Unloading bulk deliveries (up to 50 lbs) and stacking onto shelves up to 72" high
- Carrying: Large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of pizza dough (12 lbs per tray), and pizzas/beverages during delivery
- Pushing/Pulling: Moving trays on dollies (force up to 7.5 lbs)
- Climbing: Navigating stairs or ladders for maintenance or deliveries (up to 5+ flights)
- Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at pizza assembly station and front counter; crouching/squatting for stocking and cleaning
- Reaching: Continuously reaching up, down, and forward (e.g., turning oven controls, stocking shelves, scooping ingredients)
- Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination for shaping dough, using pizza peel, cutting pizzas, and assembling boxes; frequent pinching and grasping
