Position Overview The Project Coordinator partners with technical leads to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This client-facing role supports internal business partners and calls for someone who thinks analytically, stays composed under tight deadlines, and works effectively with a wide range of personalities. This is an onsite position in an office environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate project meetings, drive action items to completion, and gather task updates from team members. Build and maintain project plans in Microsoft Project. Analyze the impact of plan changes, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis. Break down complex information into smaller, understandable, and actionable pieces of work. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Associate's degree will also be considered 2-4 years of professional experience Recent, hands-on Microsoft Project experience - candidates will be asked to demonstrate proficiency. Strong written communication skills. PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
