Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Senior Connectivity NPI Program Manager to join our team in Mossville, IL.

About the role

This role will lead New Product Introduction for customer- and dealer-facing Connectivity Solutions (Cellular, Satellite, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB, and more). Responsibilities include generating functional requirements from customer, dealer, business, and regulatory input, and aligning them with market and industry trends. The role also ensures consistency between marketing, system, and hardware requirement documents, working closely with enterprise technical leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Define functional connectivity requirements and collaborate with potential suppliers.
  • Define technology roadmaps and drive engineering execution.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication, including gathering customer connectivity and feature requests, refining them, guiding them through development, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Work closely with internal technology and digital teams on enterprise architecture, implementing new technologies, and evaluating emerging technology solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through meetings, workshops, requirements definition, and engineering execution with a global team structure spanning primarily US-based colleagues and regular collaboration with teams in India.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Electronic component, information systems, and machine systems development experience and knowledge.

Skills

  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members, other business units, customers, and suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to perform complex assignments.
  • Proven history of high-velocity program execution and risk management.
  • Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of leadership concepts and the ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing, and achieving objectives.
  • Ability to communicate with VP-level stakeholders.

Desired Experience

  • Connectivity/telematics product lines, on-board software, Gateway, and Platform.
  • Heavy equipment product development.
  • On-machine technology (Grade Control, Remote Control, Autonomy).
  • Awareness of IoT standards, regulations, and regional requirements.
  • Familiarity with wireless technology, including cellular, satellite, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and positioning.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position based in Mossville, IL, requiring in-office presence five days per week.

Pay

$111,000–$118,000 per year
