About the role
Foremost at Sharon, a short and long-term care facility in Sharon, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 11-7 Shift RN - LPN to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Requirements
- Valid MA RN or LPN license in good standing
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including 11-7 shifts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
