About the role

Foremost at Sharon, a short and long-term care facility in Sharon, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 11-7 Shift RN - LPN to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Requirements

• Valid MA RN or LPN license in good standing
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including 11-7 shifts
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
