1099 Window Install Crew

About the role

Renewal by Andersen is seeking 1099 Window and Door Installer Crews to join their team. Responsibilities include completing assigned tasks independently, filing tax returns promptly, and performing window and door installations to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• File tax returns in a timely manner
• Perform window and door installations to exceed customer expectations
• Prep and set up install sites

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• Must have your own crew
• Must have a LLC
• Two years of experience preferred
• Carpentry experience helpful
• Able to work directly with customers and address their needs at the jobsite
• Able to be flexible to changing work conditions and assignments and work well on a team
• Provide General Liability, Worker’s Comp, and Auto Insurance
• Must be EPA certified for Lead Safe jobs (certification provided)
• Background checks are required for all team members working on a site
• Job site trailer and tools are provided, an enclosed trailer is preferred
