Your Impact

Congratulations! You will conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care. You will complete required trainings and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices. You will educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies. You will maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner. You will respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care. You will dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate.

Primary Clinical Focus

You will have the opportunity to expand your expertise across broader women's health care, focusing on conditions such as PCOS, Hypothyroidism / Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause / Perimenopause / HRT, PMDD, Obesity / Weight Management, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, and Anxiety/Depression (mild to moderate).

Required Qualifications

  • Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification: Active national board certification in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician with a focus on women’s health conditions (see Primary Clinical Focus)
  • Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity
  • Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
  • Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
  • Telemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plus
