About the Role

Teoxane Laboratories is seeking Independent Sales Representatives on a 1099 basis. This role is ideal for self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals with a proven track record in selling dermocosmetics products. As an independent contractor, you will manage your own schedule while driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in Salt Lake City.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within your territory using networking events and innovative outreach strategies.
• Engage directly with healthcare professionals (HCPs), present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop deep expertise in Teoxane Dermocosmetics and conduct in-person or virtual product demonstrations and educational sessions.
• Independently manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through closing deals, providing regular updates and forecasts to the management team.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing feedback to shape marketing strategies and product development.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in dermocosmetics with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work autonomously as a 1099 independent contractor; must be highly driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex product information.
• Familiarity with the aesthetics market and dermocosmetics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a dynamic sales pipeline and multiple customer relationships.
