1099 Multi-State Licensed Medical Doctor-Initiating Patient Visits

Responsibilities

• Establish the Tapestry Health patient relationship for our CCM, RPM, and BHI services.
• Be available at a minimum of 10 weekdays per month to conduct approximately 300-400 non-clinical judgment consults onsite and remotely.
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly within our platform at time of visit.
• Provide end of day report to program administrators to track progress for completion of visits.

Requirements

• Qualified MD/DO
• Successful completion of US Residency in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted, Medical Licenses in at least 5 states
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned buildings
• Commitment to providing patient centered care and improving health outcomes
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology
• Ability to travel within 1-2 hours of assigned region

Compensation Structure

$10,000 - $25,000 per month, mileage reimbursement, Malpractice.
