Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate property damage and develop remediation plans tailored to each project
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the remediation process
- Schedule and supervise work crews or subcontractors as needed to complete projects efficiently
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and successful outcomes
- Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices during remediation work
- Provide consistent progress updates and final reports to clients and project stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property repair and damage remediation
- General Liability Insurance
- Strong understanding of industry safety standards and remediation best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
- Prioritization of project management abilities, including time and budget management
- Must have the necessary tools and reliable transportation
- Must currently reside in the United States
