1099 Contracted Nurse Assessor – Nationwide Need

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with illumifin, you will utilize your critical thinking and assessment skills to complete in-home client visits. Your responsibilities include:

• Obtain thorough cognitive and health assessment information as required.
• Comply with all assessment instructions and accurately complete assessments.
• Communicate promptly with illumifin regarding file status and appointment times.
• Return the assessment within 24 hours after the appointment.
• Respond promptly to any follow-up and clarification questions on submitted assessments.
• Complete assessments electronically using your cell phone, tablet, iPad, or laptop after E-Assessments training.

No blood draws or specimen collections are required.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling: visits can be scheduled Monday – Sunday, mornings, afternoons, or evenings based on the client’s and nurse’s availability.
• Flexible work radius: cover up to a 75-mile radius and work as little or as much as you want per month based on available cases in your area.
