1031 Exchange Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Create business opportunities through self-sourcing clients suited for 1031 exchange and digital escrow services
• Leverage networks, centers of influence, and business development acumen to acquire business and build meaningful relationships
• Build a robust portfolio of national clients and manage the relationships until services are delivered and beyond
• Work with clients on IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and manage their own portfolio of transactions
• Develop new relationships by providing seminars on IRC Section 1031 to attorneys and real estate professionals

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in and industry knowledge of 1031 exchange business
• 15+ years’ experience in business development and relationship management, including gaining new deposit business
• Able to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

The base salary range for this position is $72,200.00 - $108,300.00.
