About the role
Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our Orlando team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent operational support.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory organization and assist with inventory control activities.
- Operate a forklift safely after completing company certification requirements.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and support daily operational needs as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn warehouse processes and become forklift certified.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
