About the role

We are looking for the best PCAs / Sitters to work at North Austin, South Austin, West Austin and surrounding areas, in a healthy and happy environment with competitive pay and an immediate start. New caregivers in Austin & Marble Falls receive a $500 hiring bonus. Join our team and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to client
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication with patient/family and other employees
• Provide an environment that respects patient privacy and property
• Demonstrate effective time management skills
• Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to supervisor
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency by attending required in‑services
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care

Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to reach client’s home
• Strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude
• Valid driver’s license
