The company operates world‑class domestic manufacturing facilities that produce high‑quality air compressors, air tools, and accessories for retailers under brands such as Powermate®, Industrial Air®, Industrial Air Contractor®, and Sanborn®, as well as private‑label products. These products are sold through major home centers, hardware co‑ops, independents, and farm and fleet stores across the United States.

Schedule

Shift: 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday. $2.50 shift differential available.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials, ship, and distribute items to the manufacturing plant.
• Complete inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
• Utilize SAP and RF scan guns for order fulfillment.
• Handle full‑truck‑load (FTL) and less‑than‑truck‑load (LTL) shipments, small‑package delivery/receiving, packing lists, and bills of lading (BOLs).
• Cross‑train within all functions of the shipping/receiving/warehouse area as needed.
• Use RF scan devices for order pick, pack, and ship processing and related paperwork.
• Communicate with supervisors and team leaders via radio to request products for production lines, maintaining professional communication.
• Adhere to company attendance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience operating a sit‑down or stand‑up forklift; experience with a clamp forklift is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and RF scan gun operation.
• Prior experience with order fulfillment, including FTL/LTL shipments and small‑package handling.
• Ability to cross‑train across all shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions.
• Professional communication skills, especially when using radio equipment.
• Ability to meet scheduled work hours and attendance requirements.
