Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging daily lessons and activities aligned with curriculum goals
- Foster a safe, healthy, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Promote multicultural learning and positive classroom behaviors
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Supervise classroom activities, projects, and field trips
- Partner with teaching staff to create a positive learning experience for every child
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of childcare experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must meet Washington State licensing requirements for education and experience
- CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to nurture and care for young children in a safe, engaging environment
Qualifications
- Additional early childhood education experience (preferred)
- Experience leading a classroom or curriculum planning (preferred)

$25‑$28 per hour
