1:1 Nursing in patient's home
13yr old with Autism, Behavioral precautions, Gastrostomy, Oxygen, Seizure activity
Supportive family member available 24/7 to assists with behavioral issues
Part-time or per diem scheduling (Full-time cases available)
Patient-specific training provided
Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)

Available Shifts

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: (3:15PM - 8:00PM)
• Tuesday & Friday: (3:15PM - 11:00PM)

Requirements

• NYS Nursing licensure required
• Must be computer literate
• Completion of onboarding required prior to training
• Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
• Must have malpractice insurance

Compensation

$44/hr
